THAT the attached minutes be approved as presented.

THAT Council receives Report DIO-01-2025 regarding “Renewal of Services Agreement with Entegrus Powerlines Inc.” for information; AND THAT Council enter into a Services Agreement with Entegrus Powerline Inc.

THAT the draft By-law 008-2025 be considered under the By-law section of this agenda.

THAT Council receive this report for information.

THAT Council receive for information the Amended Schedule “B” to By-law 58 of 2024.

THAT the updated Terms of reference for the Recreation Advisory Committee be considered during the reading of the By-laws.

THAT the Policy Review Committee minutes dated November 8, 2024, be accepted as information.

THAT the Inclement Weather Policy be approved.

THAT the Asset Retirement Obligations (ARO) Policy be approved.

THAT Council approve K&L Construction as the general contractor for $42,000.00; AND THAT Council approve the budgeted amount of $250,000.00 for the Municipal portion of the project.

THAT By-laws 003 of 2025, 005 of 2025, 006 of 2025, 007 of 2025, and 008 of 2025 be read a first and second time.

THAT By-laws 003 of 2025, 005 of 2025, 006 of 2025, 007 of 2025, and 008 of 2025 be read a third and final time.

That the Open Meeting adjourn to Closed Meeting. To receive information under the following exception:

THAT the Closed Meeting adjourn and return to Open Meeting at 7:25p.m.
