Council Meeting

THAT Regular meeting adjourn and proceed to Public Meeting (including Committee of Adjustment) at 6:03p.m.

THAT Application for Zoning By-law Amendment No. ZBA 21-2021 which proposes to rezone the retained lot of Consent B14/2021 from ‘General Agricultural (A1) Zone’ to ‘Agricultural Small Holding Exception (AG1-32) Zone’ be APPROVED in principle limited to first and second reading only of the implementing by-law; AND FURTHER THAT the final reading is to be provided upon the completion of the registered plan. (See Planner Evaluation Report for Reasons)

THAT Application for Consent B15-2021, submitted under Section 53 of the Planning Act be GRANTED as the application: satisfies the requirements of the Planning Act; is consistent with the Provincial Policy Statement; conforms to the Official Plans of both the Municipality of North Middlesex and the County of Middlesex; is capable of satisfying the requirements of the North Middlesex Zoning By-law; and, represents sound land use planning. THAT Application for Minor Variance MV-6-2021, for relief from Section 7A.2 j) of the Zoning By-law to permit the construction of a building accessory with a height of 6.85 m (22.5 ft), whereas the maximum height permitted for accessory buildings in the Agricultural Small Holding (AG1) Zone is 5.5 m (18 ft), be GRANTED. THAT Public Meeting (Including Committee of Adjustment) adjourn at 6:30 p.m. and return to Regular Meeting

THAT Council receive the presentation for information only at this time, where consideration of the program will be deliberated upon through Budget 2022.

THAT Council receives the report entitled “2021 Accessibility Compliance Report” and; THAT Council endorses the 2021 Accessibility Compliance Report as presented and directs staff to submit the report to the province.

THAT the Accounts from November 11, 2021 to November 25, 2021 in the amount of $899,794.92 be approved.

THAT By-laws 100-101 of 2021 be read a third and final time

THAT the attached minutes be approved as presented

THAT the report entitled Communications Analytics and Objectives be received and filed as information.

THAT By-laws 099-101 of 2021 be read a first and second time Provision for questions
